Returns & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Wuhan Nuoshijie Trading Co., Ltd., we value every customer and stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair return and refund process to ensure your satisfaction.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 7–15 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Custom-made, clearance, or promotional items cannot be returned or refunded, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Customized or made-to-order garments.
  • Items purchased during special promotions or final sales.
  • Products that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team before sending any return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions.
  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.
  4. Inspection: Returned items will be inspected upon receipt before the refund or replacement is processed.

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or product defect.
  • If your refund has not been received after the stated period, please contact your payment provider for confirmation.

6. Exchanges

We accept product exchanges for the same item in a different size, color, or style (subject to stock availability).
Please note that the customer will bear the cost of shipping both ways, except in cases of product defect or wrong shipment.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order number and product photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund after confirming the issue.


8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, please follow the standard return process after delivery.


9. Responsibility

We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return shipping. Please use a reliable courier and retain the tracking information until the process is complete.
